Faversham House is currently searching for talented, committed and experienced, Registered Nurse for permanent positions.
Who you are and the Job Role
- Manage the preparation, monitoring and maintenance of residents’ care plans and other documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and identify and address instances of staff performance that does not meet organisational expectation
- Assist and support Personal Care Attendants as required
- Safe administration of medication according to legislative requirements
- You are committed to continuous improvement and keen to learn and develop
- Person centred care – you understand the importance of assisting and supporting residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle
- You are an effective communicator, you have good interpersonal skills, great team leadership skills and have the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Some of the permanent shifts available:
Continuity of care for our residents is our core business, therefore to join the BASScare team as a permanent employee, 3 shifts per week, 6 shifts a fortnight, are required to be worked.
Preference would be to pick up a whole shift pattern.

Week 1 – 9.5 hour shifts, 30 minute break

Monday to Sunday 1500-2130
Week 1 & 2 – 9.5 hours shift, 30 minute break
Wednesday 2115-0715
Shift D
Week 1 & 2 – 9.5 hour shifts, 30 minute break
Monday, Tuesday & Sunday 2115-0715
